Our position to sell and service directly with the agencies allows us to pass the pricing, expanded guidelines, and smooth process from application to funding to our partners.
Our lock desk is operated until 8 pm EST M-F. Lock with confidence overnight, on weekends, and holidays - we honor locks up to 6:59 am EST the next business day.
We always make you look good to your borrowers and realtor partners by closing your loans on schedule, sending CDs prior to CTC status, and releasing wires at UW Clear.
